Repeat this exercise for as many topic buckets as you have. And remember, if you're having trouble coming up with relevant search terms, you can always head on over to your employees on the front lines -- like Sales or Services -- and ask them what types of terms their prospects and customers use, or common questions they have. Those are often great starting points for keyword research.

For example, Google Trends shows you what search topics are popular right now. If you have an AdWords account, you can use Google’s Keyword Planner tool to learn more about search volume for specific phrases, as well as to generate new keyword phrases. Google also has another tool, Correlate, which lets you look at searches that correspond to real-world events.
Once you’ve connected with a reputable buyer and answered their initial questions, they should send you a Letter of Intent (LoI)—a document that specifies how much the buyer believes your agency is worth and their proposal for the deal. If you agree with their evaluation and plan, you can move into setting up more specific terms. If not, then this is a great time to ask them questions on how they reached their evaluation and negotiate for changes. If you’ve done your homework up until this point, you should have precise information on how much your agency is worth and why, which you can leverage to reach a more agreeable number. Above all else, make sure that you’re happy with the evaluation the buyer gives you before you move forward. Otherwise, you’ll just be wasting time you could have spent closing with a more compatible buyer.

The keyword tool is able to tell us that nearly 700,000 people search for window tinting each month globally, and on a smaller scale 74,000 in the UK. With an average amount of monthly searches in mind we now need to know just how much exposure the top spots of search results could potentially get. In fact, it is rumored that the website ranked first for any given keyword will receive around forty percent of all of the search engine traffic of that specific keyword, with the rest of the first page results having an almost equal share of the remainder. The 2nd, 3rd, 4th and so on pages tend to get very little traffic, if any at all.
Do you like knowing exactly how people come to your website? If you are already using UTM parameters to track your links, you can utilize the optional UTM_term (used mostly by AdWords advertisers) to track your keyword usage. For example, if I create a Facebook ad for my business, I could use the following to note that the ad was targeted toward a specific audience, such as content managers, and the ad used the phrase "freelance writer."

Buyer personas are fictional representations of your ideal customers based on demographic data, online behavior, and your educated speculation about personal histories, motivations, and concerns.
